Frequently see Employees and customers alike completely ignoring the mask mandate!!!! Every time i go here, there's always at least 1 person with no mask at all, ignoring the mask requirement sign clearly posted on the door!!! Beyond disappointed by this, and will be taking my business to SAFER pawn shops from now on.

Every time I have asked someone why they do not wear a mask, they reply "i just cant breathe in those things" citing zero medical reasons as to why they cant wear a mask, while Doctors must wear Masks to tight that they often have bruising because of it, for 10+ hours per day, conditions or not! According to CNBC there are very few reasons not to need a mask, basically only Asthma and COPD. I know PLENTY of people with a variety of respiratory conditions and they all wear masks, because its easier for them to GET and SPREAD Covid-19!!

I'm sorry, but you lost a customer today, forever.

That place rips u off and they only give u money 10% for stuff its actually worth, they r not educated enough about items to make deals and b open for business, I see why there parking lot is always empty, cuz they b ripping people off

This has always helped me out but, today I tried to pawn a Verizon phone. They said they would need a receipt from Verizon that shows the phone is paid off and include serial number on that receipt to make sure it’s the same phone, which I understand but when I tried to acquire the receipt Verizon said they can’t do that cause it’s not possible. I went back to store and told person on duty that and he caught an attitude with me. Unprofessional!

As a vendor who has a lot of pawn shop clients I have to say Allied Pawn is one of the top operations serving the market. Their stores are clean and inviting. Their staff if very knowledgeable and work with repeat customers like family. I also respect how they embrace new customers and take their time in working with them. The staff is incredible and you will not find a better owners like the Smiths. The care and knowledge they bring to their customers and community is ultra-rare these days and my hat is off to them. Go check them out and understand what I am saying. Five stars times two!!!

We had a great experience at Allied Pawn. Doug Montgomery spent a half hour with us while my wife was looking for jewelry. We were treated as if we were the only people in the store. This pawn shop has great staff and a superb variety of items. It's very organized and r o o m y. It was nice not to be standing shoulder to shoulder with a bunch of other shoppers. The big bonus was they were willing to negotiate prices. This is the best experience we've ever had in a pawn shop. Thank you, Doug! 👍👍👍👍👍
