I've been buying cars at Allan Nott's for years. Love this dealership. Their service is second to none. They are always friendly and helpful. They take such good care of their customers. They are trustworthy and kind. Excellent dealership!

This was my 2nd purchase from Allan Nott Toyota and I will definitely be going back when I'm ready for a new car! They were quick to alert me when I went in to talk to them about the car I looked at over the weekend that there were multiple deals that expired that day so I didn't miss out on them. They also gave me car a thorough look and gave me more money than they initially stated for my trade. There were also multiple special financing options, they ran each one multiple times to assure I was getting the best deal for my situation.
One special they were running was a free remote car starter installed, they called and set up an appointment for to have this installed at their cost.
My vehicle also comes with 2 years free maintenance, I will continue to go to the dealership for my maintenance needs even after the free period expires.

I owe an update here. While my first visit was pretty bad, I went in and talked with the maintenance supervisor. Since he set me up with a specific service writer and an experienced mechanic, things have gone pretty well.
I moved to Lima and brought my truck in for one service, but will not use this company again. The conversation went something like this:
Me- I have a misfire. My last mechanic already changed plugs, wires and a Mass Air Flow Sensor. I'd like you to pick up where they left off. Records for everything is in the glove box.
Tech- It looks like we should change the spark plugs as the first step.
Me- Alright I've already changed plugs. Those plugs are new, and they didn't fix the issue. What's the next step?
Tech- Changing plugs would be a good first step.
Me- Do you have any idea what you're looking for? Plugs, wires and MAF sensor are all new, and didn't fix the issue. What is the NEXT step?
Tech- It's just that spark plugs are usually the first thing to change, so we think that you should start there.
Me- I'm paying for this diagnosis?
Tech- Yes, $120 so far.
Anyway, I'm sure there might be a good Tech or two at this facility, but wouldn't recommend their services based on my first encounter.response / report this review -

I had my first purchase from here today and I couldn't have had asked for a better experience! Bryan was absolutely excellent! He was patient, kind and never pressured us. He gave us honesty and time which was what we valued and needed the most from our stressful week. He made what was at one time a terrible experience from another dealership into a fun and exciting experience! I would also like to thank Jordan for taking the time to show all the features in the car. It was very helpful! Everyone was very friendly and we'd recommend Allan Nott Honda Toyota to anyone.

Purchasing a used vehicle from many miles away takes a great deal of trust and support. Our sales guy Brandon was so polite, friendly and patient with us from start to finish. I needed for him to tell me everything he could about the Jeep, and he did so without hesitation and with total honesty, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear, about the Jeep. He made sure that they gave the Jeep a through safety inspection, tune up and a full detail that I was very impressed with. He never pressured me into buying it and he even drove it himself to make sure it was satisfactory. My brother went there to pick it up for us and Brandon was kind enough to pick him up from the rent a car place where he dropped off the rental, and drove him to the dealership to pick up the Jeep. Everything went as smooth as butter and we are so happy with our new Jeep. I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again, Brandon even text me to make sure my brother made it to Colorado safely. What a fantastic all-around experience! Thank you Allan Nott!

I knew I wanted a Tacoma when I walked in. Salesman Steve Dawson and manager Tom Pseekos were very helpful in helping me prioritize my must haves and understanding pricing. Within 24 hours, the exact vehicle I wanted was in their showroom. Agreeing on price was straightforward, the truck is mine now.

Just bought my first car at Allan Nott and had a great experience! I had been looking for a slightly used car for the last few months and had gone to several dealerships. Steve Dawson at Allan Nott was the best dealer I worked with and went above and beyond to find me the right car. I would certainly refer others to Allen Nott and will likely be back. My family has been buying and leasing Honda's from Allan Nott for many years! John Gould has been the best salesman, hands down! We just recently had to make some changes with both of our vehicles. John went above and beyond my expectations for a salesperson. He took numerous phone calls and wanted to make sure my family got what we were looking for. Needless to say we got a great deal and great vehicles!
If you own a Honda and are in need of service, we do not go anywhere else either! Their service department is fast, friendly and reliable. Free shuttle service while your vehicle is being serviced!

I love my 2017 Accord Hybrid!!! I am a repeat customer with this dealership. This was the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Allan Nott. My previous purchases were used, a Taurus, Neon, Prius and Accord. I have always been impressed at the ability and willingness they show to make the deal happen. The best thing about my most recent experience is that I wasn't "really" looking to buy a car but my sales person knew I had expressed an interest in the past in an Accord and love Hybrids so when the incentives for this car came out she and the General Manager put together a great deal that I couldn't resist. Now I have a new car that I love. Not to say there weren't some bumps along the way but we got everything worked out and I will be having a GREAT weekend!!! Needless to say I have and will recommend this dealership in the future.

My fiancé and I had the best experience ever at this dealership. Brandon was very helpful. There was no pressure for me to buy today. He was there to help me find the car that would best suit me. I only had to look at one car and I was sold. Brandon took good care of me when explaining just what the car I was looking at was worth and how much he could give it to me for. He even helped get me more for my trade. I couldn't of asked for a better experience.
