  We brought the family jeep to Dan Hemm for routine maintenance and left it at the lot overnight. Upon picking it up the next afternoon, the service had been completed, but the spare tire cover was missing. When we asked what had happened to the cover, no one at the dealership believed it had been there to begin with. Eventually the general manager, Scott, offered to sell us one “at cost.”
  
  They seem to have performed the maintenance well enough. However, after being told that they had “no proof” that the Jeep had arrived with the tire cover, it’s clear that they’re not willing to give their customers the benefit of the doubt. Since they won’t replace what they lost while our car was under their care, we’ll be taking our future business elsewhere.

  Customer service was nonexistent and the woman who did take care of us was extremely rude! We are unhappy and, needles to say, we will never go back!

  We had an unexpected vehicle issue during a road trip, their service department was busy, didn't have the part, rental vehicle not available for the size we needed, we were looking to an approximated wait of 3 hours. They went to Troy for the part and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. All I asked was please do your best, I say they did just that. Thank you to the ladies working the desk, to the person who picked up the part, the service guy You all rocked it!

  I'm thinking about buying a car here but when I was trying to trade my car in before I was denied but the sales associate manager were very helpful nice and let me know what I needed to do in the future I recommend this place 100%

  This is my opinion with my experience with wthem on several issues on their workmanship when it came to repairs on recalls. Seemed as though service mgr. and parts were only concerned about selling "new" parts for what should of been covered as a result of the defective part under the "recall"
