I bought a car from them exactly a week ago and the engine light is on. I have not even drove a full tank and the shop says it is about a 1500 dollar job to fix. I paid 7900 cash for this vehicle and less than 300 miles have been drove before the engine light came on. Yes I did purchase as is but its has been less than 300 miles and a week later. When I called the shop the dude said u purchased as is and we even gave u a discount. Ok so I guess because u gave me a discount it gives u the right to sell a bad car. NO way it was serviced and they didn't know about this issue literally less than 300 mileees. The proper thing to do would be to fix the issue but no they didn't offer any assistance. Do NOT BUY FROM HERE

Car was as described and they were very helpful with a long distance purchase. They brought the car to a garage for inspection as I was unable to view it in person. They also delivered the vehicle to Wisconsin for a fair price. I would do business with them again.

August 2020 - I just purchased (online) a 2019 C7 Corvette Grand Sport from Tri Point Automotive. Jeffery Rollins is the ultimate professional beginning from the initial vehicle inquiry (virtual walkaround) all the way to the final step of the purchasing process. His customer service including post sales support is second to none. I am very satisfied with my vehicle purchase and the whole shopping experience. I would definitely recommend Tri Point Automotive and to contact Jeffery Rollins if you need to purchase a vehicle.

Recently purchased a 2005 Honda CRV. Very pleased with the car. Jeff and Ben were able to answer any questions I had. You can tell they check out the vehicles before they put them out for sale. I also got a 30 day warranty with the purchase. I had to drive almost two hours to look at the car, and it was worth the drive. Next time I buy a car this will be the first place I look.

We went to look at a truck that was at the top of our budget, the salesman asked what we were looking to spend. We gave our lowest end and he immediately shot us down and refused to work with us at all, not even letting us see inside the truck. All of our research had shown that we weren't realistically far off from what a fair price for the truck was. We may been willing to pay more if the truck was perfect, but his attitude towards us left a bad taste in our mouths, and as much as we like the truck, we won't buy it from him. I like to support small businesses and hate to be critical of people, but in this case I feel that he acted as though he didn't want to sell the truck and that we weren't good enough to buy it. We'll take our dollar elsewhere.

UPDATE: Ben from Tri-Point reached out to me and apologized for our experience. He explained that the truck was listed for its lowest selling point. I had figured it was priced to leave room for negotiation, and so I came in with my negotiation offer. We will still look elsewhere, but I appreciate them reaching out to me.

We had a great experience in purchasing a car from Tri Point. Don was awesome, we did a majority of the app over the phone as I live 90min away. Selection of autos was nice, but I was in the search of a particular car and it was actually as advertised. No hidden fees, or surprises. I would definitively recommend them and would use them if I was in search of a car again.

Terrible. Yes there are still those 1980 and 1990 car dealers out there and this is one of them. Don told me brakes and rotors were done to a Jeep Wrangler I bought from them. After having my tech look at it I now have to pay to have front brakes, back brakes and rotors done to the vehicle. I called him yesterday to see if we could get this resolved. He told me he would call back and still hasn't, which I anticipated. Don you got me! Terrible way to treat a client by being dishonest. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Maybe someone else there is more honest but not Don.

After having our 03Town&Country totaled we were looking for something different. Doing some looking at local (Van Wert) dealers we saw a Honda Pilot. Liked what we saw hesitated oh well. Began a online search. Found a Pilot at Bellefontaine Motors. Made the drive to investigate, on the way to Bell. Motors went past Tri Point. Decided to stop.They had a great selection and extremely clean. Went on to Bell. Motors. Not even in the same league as Tri Point. Went back talked turkey with Jesse Ginn. Straight forward and upfront, the Mrs's and I talked came back the following week and became the proud owners of a 05 Pilot. Jesse even helped us out by delivering it to us in Van Wert at no extra charge. Would I buy from them again YES. Would I recommend them to family or friends YES

Overpriced used vehicles with rude sales people. There are other better dealers around that will actually make an effort to get you a vehicle. I wont waste my time ever again at this place!
