We Bought a truck from Mowery Motors and at first we were concerned because the key they gave us didn’t work with the door locks so we had to use only the key fob. After talking it over with Rex, he offered to drive all the way to our place of employment and hand deliver a new key from the manufacture. He also oiled the tumblers in the locks and tested it out to assure us that the problem was resolved. Thanks to him, he turned a problematic purchase into a positive experience. Thank you.
