I've taken my pets to Alstar since they opened and I have recently pulled my records and will NEVER go back.
Matt Erickson is a great Dr but his front desk help has ruined it for me. This girl is continually short, rude and incompetent of any sort of compassion or customer service.
Bad help will ruin a great practice!!
I would have put no stars but you have to at least select one star to make a post
