I have a 14 year old male Maltese who has a vet in Columbus, Ohio and his vet at All-Star Animal Hospital. His Columbus vet has cared for him since he was two years old and even though All-Star has only seen him a couple of times, they have all of his records and I feel that they know as much about his health as his long time vet. Everyone at All-Star is kind and courteous; this is so important to me. While Pucci cannot speak, he is definitely my baby and good compassionate veterinary care is necessary for my peace of mind.

For 2 years All Star has taken care of my two fur babies. Everyone there is very nice especially the doctors. Recently we had to go out of town for a few days and needed to board the dogs. We left them at All Star and was happy with our choice. Every morning we received photos of them and they looked happy and well cared for. Thank you All Star.

We've taken our dog here twice for a heart condition. The vets have been very good about explaining his treatment. The office is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend All-star if you are looking for a vet for your best friends.

We have used this vet for the last 5 years since we moved here. They have always been more than wonderful to us. They have always laid out any costs ahead of any procedures and given us all options. They have worked with us to make sure we are getting the best price and value for prescriptions and food. But their best service was just recently when we had to make that final sad decision. When I called in the morning to bring our precious one in for the last visit, they said to bring her in anytime we were comfortable and they would be ready for us. It was a very busy day for them but they accommodated us right away and were just so good to us.I really can't say enough good things about them. Top pick for a vet!

I just moved here and my pup developed an ear infection. It was late afternoon when I decided I needed to to take her to a vet. I called several local places but unfortunately, no one could get her in until the follow week! Third times the charm, All-Star said they could see as their 5:20 appointment. The staff was fantastic! The vet was knowledgeable, kind and efficient!! The office is clean, cool and awesomely decorated. The exam and medication were reasonably priced. It was just an overall wonderful experience!

First Rate care! Treated my Kitties as if they were there own. All the people there are Fantastic! They have helped my cats and several strays I brought in, saving there lives to live a long and happy life. My mom told me about them and they are the only ones I trust! I have been going to them for the last 5 yrs. I love them! Dr. Matt and his wife Kira truly love what they do!
I had my little boy Sylvester put to sleep because of a virus that cannot be cured. Dr. Matt gave Sylvester 6 more months before he went to heaven. He IS THE BEST! God bless them both for all the kindness and love they showed him!response / report this review -

We have been taking our Dog Coco to All-Star since 2007. You couldn't ask for more compassionate people to take care of our fury family members. Dr. Matt and Dr. Kara Ericksen and all their staff are kind, considerate, and caring. They really make you feel part of the family.

My mom just adopted a little dog that needed a vet check up and shots. We got her in quickly. We were impressed with the staff friendliness. They took us in quickly and within a shot time Annie was heartworm tested, examined,, chipped, and vaccinated.

This was our first visit to this vet and we were very pleased. We saw the vet that fills in a couple of days a week and were very pleased with her. She seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything to our satisfaction. The check-in/appt. was quick and efficient. We look forward to keeping them as our vets for both our cats.

Have been taking my kitty to All-Star since she was 6 months old, when I had her spayed. She's an indoor only kitty. She's 2 1/2 years now. I am very pleased with them. She has her nails trimmed and a sanitary clip every couple of months. Getting appointments is amazing, make a call, it's done! She had a slight infection this month. They gave me antibiotics for her, a little bit of TLC for mom that it wasn't anything I was doing, and I think we're on the path to recovery. The staff is very sweet to her, even though she is not sweet to them. She tolerates "outsiders" as long as they don't touch her..It's a great place, they all understand and work around it.

Great people!
Appointment process was a breeze, the environment was very clean and well kept. The nurses were very courteous, and provided outstanding care and respect to our pet, making the environment less stressful.
The Dr. was very thourough, and took the time to explain the outcome, other symptoms to look for, the origin of the disease and the easiest way to administer the medicine. He was very polite and answered all our questions. He was also very patient with our pet, while being as gentle as possible during his exam.
After this appointment, we've decided that all of our pets will visit this vet's office going forward. Couldn't recommend them enough!!response / report this review
