  Always used this place with my dog. Had to put her down on Oct 18th, and the staff was super understanding. They really made us feel at home.

  We took our cat there last week for a UTI and they were very attentive. Got her in the same morning and I thought $39 for the office visit was very reasonable. Happy to report our cat is all better.

  Called to make appointment to have a litter of puppies seen and the were changing me 38 dollars a puppy just to check them okay fine then called back to see if I could reschedule so that my wife could help me with them and the girl was very rude and got mad when I got rude with her so I ended up taking my puppies to New Buffalo animal hospital in New Buffalo Michigan great staff from top to bottom only paid forty-five dollars to see the puppies save myself almost three hundred dollars so thanks to whoever answered the phone will be using New Buffalo animal hospital from now on will not take disrespect when spending my money
