  Awful experience, made me over 30 minutes late to my own wedding, was completely unapologetic and blamed me for the lateness. To make matters worse charged my card in the middle of the night without my knowledge because I went a bit over time and was actively arguing with us the day after our wedding. We would have had an entirely different experience at our wedding had we been on time, instead we were late, rushed, and missed most of our reception because we didn't have time to take pictures. If this company knew they couldn't meet the time frames they should have said something, prior to not picking up the bride until the time her wedding was supposed to start.

  Reserved and paid for a limo-bus. The driver arrives in an excursion limo which was not what I reserved. No warning and no phone call to let me know. Highly disappointed. The driver was cool.

  We used American Limo yesterday to pick up my mom from her work on her retirement day. I had just booked it a few days before and was shocked I was even able to find someone on such short notice. The limo was beautiful and the driver was really something else. He was so accommodating that we couldn't believe it. When we first got in the limo my mom said that she wished my kids were there. The driver heard and asked if they were in school. Then suggested we go to their school and wait for them. Totally blew us away because I was only going to have him drive her home. Mom was so happy. The driver really made the experience so memorable. He went way above and beyond. We only had the limo for an hour but it felt like we had it all day. She talked about the experience all night. We are so thankful to your company for making this so special. Thank you.

  I used All American Limo for my Senior Prom and had about 16 students (ages 17-19) and our driver Herb, ensured our parents he would get us to destination safely. He was professional and very kind. I would recommend All American Limo to anyone and if there are any parents worried about the experience, just ask for Herb!
