I honestly hated living here only less than a month after moving in. Even though my boyfriend and I paid our rent on time every month and did our jobs as good tenants, the management here didn't do theirs. Every time we had a maintenance request or needed something that should've been in our apartment when we moved in, months would go by with no response and we eventually spent our own money getting things done.
Over the six months that I lived here, I never saw the pool get cleaned and i didn't even bother using the tiny room with 3 old, gross machines they passed off as a gym. Half the time I tried to do laundry, the machines would be out of order or not clean my clothes properly. I ended up spending more money having to do more cycles than necessary all the time.
On top of everything, the location is probably one of the worst compared to other apartment complexes in the area. It's super close to the train tracks which wake you up at 5 every morning with its whistles. Horrible if your a student like me or a full time worker like my boyfriend who need decent sleep. The apartments were pretty close to campus, so I'll give them that (about a 20-25 minute walk).
Overall, this was easily the worst place I've ever lived. Our neighbors were noisy and rude and management didn't care about us as tenants, they're all about just taking the money. Go elsewhere unless you wanna be miserable until your lease ends

I really liked living here, it is only a couple blocks from UCR, very reasonably priced and staff are friendly. I woulld highly recommend checking this place out if you're trying to be close to UCR.

Do not rent here. They do not honor service requests. We have had a leak in our bathroom for months and they have not fixed it. We also do not have hot water in the mornings. Their phone numbers are all wrong so it's impossible to get a hold of someone to complain. I will be looking for a new place this weekend.

Off all my 5 years living in Riverside, I have enjoyed this apartment complex the most. I have not had any problems throughout my year stay here at Falcon Pointe. The price is very reasonable and they were very lenient. The staff members working here on property were not rude at all. If I had an issue, it would be resolved. I feel like the bad reviews were falsely stated. The location is perfectminutes away from a store and right down the street from UCR. Definitely check this place when you have a chance.

This place is a dump with rude staff. If you do decide to go view the property keep these few thing in mind. When walking out of the parking lot you must climb over walls just get onto the walkway, this place was constructed poorly. Also the train that passes at night is very loud, you can hear it anywhere on the property. The management here is rude and unprofessional! So they may bill you for things you shouldn't be held responsible for. When I moved out I left my apartment in better condition then when I moved in, but they still billed me for paint and cleaning. Just avoid this place!!!
