I know the weather was to blame for multiple cancellations but there was ZERO attempt by Alaska to rebook me. I was left to my own devices on their website to rebook and ended up flying on United instead.

Took one flight to sf from Chicago. Old.virgin plane that was redone (someone else told me that). Older tech on plane. No vids on back of chair. They did have wifi vids if you downloaded the app.

Alaska A/L continues to be the best for me. The flight attendants were personable and kind. Although I was cold, they no longer have blankets for their customers. Probably a Covid thing, I'm sure.

An absolutely wonderful flight experience, kind and caring flight crew, the checking was easy and they were a big help to me since it had been about 12 yrs since I flew anywhere, I paid a little extra for premium but it was well worth it. Their app is easy to use and prices were reasonable even for a last minute flight with a lot of changes on my return trip. Again excellent customer service and very nice staff, thank you for a great flight.

Always a pleasure to fly Alaska. Brought my own cheese and apples this time since there was minimal service on board. That's okay-- they still offered coke and salty snacks.
