I'm not a huge sushi person my wife is so I'll say I've eaten here several times and each time it was wonderful. Awesome food and pleasant friendly staff. Today is the first time I've eaten lunch here. I ordered their tempora shrimp bento lunch for 795. It was soo good. I was very happy and pleased with both the look and taste of the food. Will be visiting many more times even without the wife..😃

I've eaten here over the years, but its gone downhill in quality and in portion size for the cost I'm really disappointed. I love sushi but its really not as good as it use to be at Aki's. My last visit for 5 rolls was extremely lacking on quality and taste that one would expect from Sushi and the Staff at Aki's.
The size of the rolls normally are in 8 pieces for their premium/deluxe rolls now they are down to 6 or at least I was served only 6 pieces. That would be fine with me if they were larger in the overall width of the rolls but they weren't it was like going to a place and ordering just a tuna roll and barely any tuna is put inside it for 4-6 dollars for those types of rolls. But the 12-20 dollar rolls to have barely anything in them or on them I was disappointed and I will not be returning unless the quality returns.response / report this review -

Came here last week and it was delicious! We were told don’t eat sushi in Crystal River because it wasn’t any good. So we went to Ocala and we were so glad we did😋Little Gem in the ruff! Sooo good🤤 We travel all around and find great places for Sushi and this is a great place! You won’t be disappointed 👌🏼🍱🍣 we had two other plates devoured before thinking to take a couple pics and giving them a rating.

Aki Sushi has some of the absolute best Miso soup. Very hearty, full flavor. Their salmon sushi roll with white sauce is my all time favorite. You can watch as your food is prepared. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and pretty much spotless, and the staff are very friendly and always happy to help.
All in all, this is one sushi restaurant that I will always recommend.response / report this review -

I have been looking for a sushi place that’s more of a down to earth feeling rather then all show and this is it. You feel welcomed and the atmosphere is nice. The food is delicious and the prices are best.

I love this place. We went to grab a bite to eat and it was dangerously delicious! Lol i recommend everyone try it. Service was prompt and awesome. We will definitely be back.

Best food you'd ever want to put in your mouths. The sauces are irresistible and once they are on your food you go to another reality, between the quality of cooked flavors and dipped ones. We have eaten at a lot of Restaurants but this is like the movie where a critic goes to eat his dish and can't get enough! There are no words to explain what they achieve with food. All I can say is ENJOY!

Wonderful food. We come here once or twice a month and never have bad food. Occasionally the service is a little off because the wait staff usually does not speak (understnd) English that well. But the food is so good we overlook the issues. Plus, the prices are right.

This place makes amazing food from their bento boxes to their sushi. Everything is made fresh, and they have great customer service skills. Make your order online, and it will be ready for you when you show up. I have never been disappointed by this place.
