I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money. No one buses the tables so they are full of old coffee cups and food and trash from previous people. Tables were stained with coffee and food and filthy. Seats were dirty. No waitress. One bartender doing everything. Only 12 people in the lounge, but service was slow. He looked overwhelmed. I want my $25 back. Horrible!

“Lounge” is kind of a misnomer it’s more like a bar with showers and a cover charge. Generally agree with what all the other reviews say, although I didn’t find their prices to be that crazy - no $15 beers. Worth a stop if you’re desperate to rinse off after a long flight, otherwise you’re probably better off at one of the restaurant bars throughout the terminal.

Grabbed my genitals when I complained it was cold. Then, when I asked if it was getting hot in here now, they not so politely suggested in a singing voice that, because it was getting hot in here ~ I should take off all my clothes, but

The worst lounge I have visited thus far. I was provided with a card upon entry which gave me $10 credit towards a drink which wasn't even enough for a beer. Extremely small, extremely cramped, extremely lacking in any decent selection of edibles, but you can buy food if you want. Personally, I agree with the other reviewer who suggests you are better off going to one of the food places in the terminal.

Extremely not recommended. The place is worse than being at the terminal. I paid $27.22 (25+tax) to get uncomfortable seats and bad coffee. The place is crowded and they admitted me. There is no expresso machine as they claim and their snack is just crackers. They give you $10 credit for the food/drinks. It looked so dirty although it was relatively clean because of bad maintenance and cheap furniture. too small. I have not checked the shower room yet. It is the only lounge at T5 and it is really bad.

Very poor lounge. It is only $25 but it's really not worth it. It's very small and the complimentary food options are few -- Pepsi, coffee, tea, trail mix. There are premium drinks available at high prices. They do give you a $10 credit but the price of a 12oz beer is $10.50! They advertise showers but they're aren't any. Service is poor and the staff are surly. Given that there is free wifi in Terminal 5 for all, and lots of great eating and drinking places, you'd be nuts to go to this lounge.

Extremely rude waitress and sour service!! Do not recommend unless you are staying 4+ hours. Only free food is trail mix. When I asked what was exactly in the "European Breakfast" dish because I didn't understand what the fancy word meant - I was told the description is there and I should read it myself. SMH

Incredibly rude. I closed the door to conference room a 2nd time just to finish a phone call without noise. the manager opens it and rudely asks "do you speak English?! Did you not hear me??" I explained that I just wanted to close the door to finish my call. He then went on to scold me that if I want to close the door I need to pay $50. Save your money, the place isn't worth it.

I had a 7 hour layover between my Intl and domestic flight and wanted a place to crash. I thought it was awesome to get a shower (they provide towel and a bag full of freshing up items . . . Soap, shampoo, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste). The chicken wrap was tasty too ($8 of my $10 credit). I think they were a bit understaffed which led to not keeping the lounge in pristine condition. I wouldn't say it was "first class" but I would use it again in the same circumstances.

Spent a few hours here after my flight got cancelled due to bad weather. Clean, very friendly service, reasonably comfortable chairs, clean restrooms and shower. WiFi was reliable (they mention that they throttle audio and video streaming - I didn't try those). Somewhat cramped and the two restrooms are really insufficient when its crowded, but overall it was a great set of amenities for the price. Maybe the management has addressed the issues earlier reviewers have mentioned. Will visit again if stuck at JFK T5.

Best $25 I spent other than that one night in Tijuana Just kidding about the Mexico part. I used this lounge back in September. In fairness to my pops, who drove me to the airport, I didn't want us to hit traffic on the way to JFK, or him to get snarled on the way back. I got to T5 super early, and paid for a pass to this lounge. What a great "investment" - the place was quite comfortable, with charging outlets, friendly staff and engaging fellow passengers. The $10 credit toward premium offerings was a nice bonus, and yes, I used it. All in all so much more comfortable than waiting at the gate on those awful seats.
