Very disappointed!! Store is dirty and poorly lit. The man who was assisting us insulted my daughter due to her dress size. I will never purchase a dress from this store!!!

I had a great experience at After Five Boutique. The owner helped me find the perfect dress for my last prom. He was very patient and willing to help me. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a dress for their special occasion.

We went into the store this afternoon in search of a plus size prom dress. It turned out to be a very frustrating experience. We were quickly directed to the plus size rack but was assured there were more dresses to pull from the back. My daughter tried on a few dresses but wanted to see what the other choices were. We had to seek a sales girl and she initially attempted to tell us there were no other dresses. The original salesman quickly corrected her comment as he quickly ran past after making a comment to the effect of "oh, you are still here!" My daughter told the sales girl we wanted pastel and specifically gave a dress size. She unfortunately came out with a wretched dark gray dress that was a size up from what we requested. I was the only one helping my daughter and we did try on the ugly dress only to become more discouraged. It's difficult enough trying on plus size dresses but even worse when there's no help and no attempt to provide guidance. It was only as we were leaving that we were asked how we were doing with the dresses! I will take my business elsewhere! I am disheartened to see how my plus size daughter was treated. I really felt we were not welcome there. I have worked as a business manager for 18 years and all I can say is, "shame on you, Don Galani for making your prospective client feel like this!" We will never be back.

I absolutely loved this store when I went there! They aren't kidding when they say they are the largest prom retailer around here. The dresses they have to offer are all beyond beautiful and there were so many to choose from. The staff did a very good job in giving us their full attention and also helped us figure out what we wanted to try on and what looked best. The owners seem like they know exactly what they are doing and definitely were not rude. I am very pleased with my experience here and would recommend this store to anyone looking for a prom, pageant, or beautiful evening gown. Thank you Don Galani, I will definitely be back in the future!

I was very excited when I came across Don Galani online. They had beautiful dresses and pretty reasonable prices. I found 12 dresses online that I knew I would want to try on. Before I went into the store I did exactly what they had suggested, I printed out a picture of each dress with the designer and the style number. I drove over an hour to get there and they didn't even look at my "wish list." Out of the 12 dresses, they didn't have a single one. Mildly ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, they have some beautiful dresses, but the website definitely over-exaggerates. I still tried on some other dresses, but it's not as if anyone helped me much. I was one of three people in the store, and it was as if I was invisible. No one working there seemed to notice the annoying chihuahua running around either. I was in the middle of changing, and all of a sudden there was a dog at my feet. I'm sorry, I don't like dogs, especially when they're running all over dresses I want to put on. It's difficult that they won't check inventory over the phone and I ended up wasting an entire afternoon for nothing. If you live close by, it might be worth the look, but I would not drive over an hour out there again.
