Craig and Mark were great taking care of contacting and working with insurance (2 separate claims). They used OEM parts and made my car look great in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend Kar Kraft for collision repairs.

I have been taking my 2006 GMC Envoy (190,000+ miles) there for 4-5 years now. They are great straight to the point and get the job done. Never have I had any problems with them. They are very nice and respectful. My truck is always running like new again after they fix it, from a small repair to having the starter replaced. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Thank you for taking care of me and my truck.

About a month ago, we were driving and we had broke down in the turn lane of central and kilburn. So for convenience we had the car towed to Kar Kraft and looked at. They had the car for three days!! On the third day we get a car to come in and they were telling us that the crankshaft key broke off and someone out the harmonic ballancer on wrong. They charge us about $100 for a sensor, and quoted us $1000 dollars for the other issue. We ended up taking it to another shop that we normally go to. They were gonna look to fix it for only $200. They looked at the car and told us that there is no way this damage happened while we were driving it. They said that someone used an air tool to put the harmonic ballancer back on the the forced it and broke the crankshaft key right into the oil pump!!!!! No one other than Kar Kraft had worked on the car!! So now I am out of a car and have to get another one!! By the way it was a 1992 Pontiac Bonneville SE with only 94,000 miles!!

Always prompt and courteous service. Impala has over 140,000 miles and runs great all thanks to Kar Kraft. Mechanical and body work are second to none.
