  I love it here.usually 15-30 min wait. Great staff and service. There's parking.
  The have printable stuff for kids to
  Color & stickers after visiting.always a good experience.

  Customer service is good. Had COVID-19 test on site. Charged for a rapid test when their web site read free testing available. We have medicare and Emblem health medical coverage which we provided as proof. Their web site reads: "How much does it cost to get a Covid test? That will ultimately depend on your insurance coverage. Presently many people with insurance are able to get tested at no charge. If you're insured, AFC's cash pay prices are highly competitive" I believe the information on their web site is misleading.

  Waiting for a covid test took at least 2 hours of wait time. Mind you, there were only 3 other people waiting outside. The staff are unprofessional as well. When waiting in my room, I can hear through the door the staff discussing weekend plans and sharing Sour Patch Kids(like actually). The place is also really understaffed, with only one doctor. Even as a non-medical professional, that is really unsafe. What if you bring your kid in with a serious injury and they only have one do tor to help you. There always ha e to have two doctors, at the very least a doctor and a trained doctor assistant. I also feel like they lie about the fact that they normally have two doctors. Finally, the floor doesn't look like it's been clean for a while. I waited FOUR hours for a simple test. If I went to a further clinic, I would probably be out sooner.

  First let me say the entire staff has been extremely courteous and professional each time I have visited this office. After visiting several other Doctors, including my primary and not getting the correct diagnoses, I was seen by Dr. B. Fahnrich at AFC Urgent care in the Bronx. Dr. Fahnrich was amazingly accurate in his diagnosis, explained my condition and prescribed the correct medicine and within hours I began to feel better than I had in days! I was ecsatatic when I left the office knowing I finally saw a doctor that was Professional and accurate. I will continue to visit AFC Urgent Care as needed.

  Today I went to this urgent care to get an x ray of my neck. Im having symptoms of whiplash and I was involved in an accident and also 30 weeks pregnant, after getting cleared that my baby was ok from the OB, the asked for me to follow up and get an x-ray if any pain arise. This was at approx 11am today. Which is exactly what happen, pain started to form on my neck and radiated to my head and shoulders.
  
  At approx 6 at 7pm on 4/19/22 I was seen by a provider who informed me that the medical director ( Dr. Michael Tugertman) is not approving an x-ray because am pregnant. I told her that my OB cleared me. She insisted they needed a written notice of this. My OB was closed for the day and I did not get an x-ray. This same office didn't have a problem doing x rays of my knee early in my pregnancy now theres a policy and they "don't do it a anymore"
  
  They said if I wanted an XRAY to go to the emergency room. This is negligent on their part they failed to give me medical services when I needed it instead they wanted to pass me over to the next provider who would be forced to see me in hospital setting. This is also discrimination based on me being pregnant, this is not the first time I have been discriminated against in this clinic but I just dismissed at that moment and dealt with my health issues i n another way. I don't have to tolerate this from this office anymore.
  
  I will be reporting this medical director to the NYDOH and when I see my lawyer this week for the car accident I will also mention this discrimination and negligent behavior this place rendered to me as a patient.
  
  I don't have a regular neck, there is a history of surgeries on my neck and it was vital to me and my Orthopedic surgeon who was off duty and office closed to get an x ray today. Again this is where I would regular go for last min ute medical needs and I had issues before but nothing pertain ing to negligence and discrimination. Im really taken aback by this.. Is like i didn't' matter.
