  10 always you all are amazing Yes I came there for the first time with no appointment and I was in pain . And your staff from the lovely lady that registered me to the amazing doctor I seen . You all took great care of me and I am completely happy. You all are better than the doctor I had for years . And a plus in my book you all have the forms I needed to give to my job . Thank you for being there for me in my time of need . Your place is clean and fantastic as well as your friendly staff.

  I have issues with my right ear ….. from cancer… every so often, I have to get it drained since my ear can’t exfoliate naturally….This time I had real bad issues… more then usual…I went to AFC Urgent Care Kingsbridge… from the moment I walked in, until the time they took care of me was a pleasure…everyone was professional and more then that….. were extremely nice….Cynthia was Marvelous, caring and attentive…. A real professional…my whole visit from when I walked in until I was treated and left was less the hour….People have to understand….. when you see these negative reviews. That’s was Covid. And everyone had problems including big hospitals. Don’t listen to those reviews. This place is great addition to our neighborhood. Thank you AFC URGENT CARE KINGSBRIDGE….. and the whole staff…. Especially Cynthia Diaz …….🙏🏽👍🏽❤️

  On April 13, 2022 I went to the Urgent Care Kingsbridge clinic because I was concerned that I may have fractured a rib during a fall three days ago.
  I was immediately impressed with how spotless the outer office was. The staff that treated me, Devon, Cynthia, and Nicholas were all professional, pleasant, and reassuring. There was no delay and the news about my injury was good - it was a muscle contusion and no bones were broken.
  An ointment was prescribed and I was relieved due to both the good news and the quality of care.
  I will definitely return in the future if the need arises.

  came in for the COVID test feeling quite sick after having a positive result with the home kit because I needed a proof for my employer. The place was empty but I still waited for about 20 minutes to be called in. The technician used a swab on one of my nostrils for about 2 seconds and said that it was all that's needed. The test came back negative. I didn't believe that and went to a nearby CityMD (a few blocks away) where the test was done properly (both nostrils, about 10 sec each) and surely came back positive and I was prescribed to isolate myself for 5 days. If I had just trusted the AFC's results I would gone to work the next business day and spread the virus to other people. I work at a school.

  Hi This urgent care is amazing very Convenient, staff are great and caring, great customer service. Today I was seen 3/24/21 the Doctors were great and Sheryl the X-ray tech was awesome and caring as well. Thank you for your services Urgent care.
