  I worked with the nurse Angelica, she was an absolute pleasure! She was informative about the condition I came in to treat. Friendly and supportive. Greeted kindly by front staff. Whenever medically needed I always choose to visit AFC Urgent Care Mt. Vernon.

  Clean, kind and professionals. Great for virus detection and other services. * Dr Gabriel literally saved my life last year by recognizing my dvt symptoms and me going to my local hospital immediately after my visit at AFC Mount Vernon NY. Thank you and continue w empathy, professionalism and care!

  My experience was a pleasant one overall. The staff was professional and attentive, the doctor explained her findings to me with patience. But she mistakenly told me to come in the next day to do my x-ray. When I showed up the staff said that the technician would not be in until the following day. I was annoyed because I pushed myself to leave my house, and fed the meter for almost 2 hours… But I showed up the next day and to my surprise after my exam was over the technician Charles, who was very skilled and proficient ,handed me an envelope from the manager Mr. Lye with gift cards in it, apologizing for the inconvenience. This was a very Pleasant surprise, as it showed that this establishment cares about the people that they serve and makes the extra effort to prove that they appreciate our business. So I would highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone I know.

  I had a great experience! When I walked in the first thing I noticed that it wasn’t crowded. The second thing I noticed is it was very clean. Charles the X-ray tech was very nice and very proficient and Romy who was at the front desk was very helpful in making sure I was registered properly. If someone needs an Urgent Care facility I will recommend AFC.

  This is an amazing clinic (urgent care)with great staff but highlight of my day was Trinity!! She is super amazing helped me with all my questions. If you ever go here look for her she is the best!! After COVID I was scared to be in clinics but Trinity gave me peace of mind. Doctors are A1 also
