WONDERFUL people to deal with. Easy to schedule, phone call when they are on their way, polite, pay attention to all of the details, big and small. EXCELLENT value for the money. Did a great job of finding problems from past and preventing future issues. Randy is very good at keeping our 4 units in great running shape, he find a filter issue that was there for a long time that other companies failed to address very thankful that we have decided to use Outstanding for our HVAC needs

After contacting 4 to 5 other HVAC dealers for quotes, I found out about Trent’s business, Outstanding Heating & Cooling by way of a brother. A niece of ours had told my brother. She knew Trent for many years thru her realtor profession.

Trent is incredibly responsive and quickly made arrangements to come out to evaluate my HVAC requirements and submit his proposal.

I was most impressed with Trent in that he had the specs for my home from a County website and had a real good idea what size system would be best for me, even before walking into my home. He did want to verify some things with an actual on-site visit, but he had a very good idea about many spec variables with my home.

He pointed out a few things none of the others had mentioned, which I appreciated. He just seemed very knowledgeable about HVAC and was “into it” as they say. Trent is excited about his profession and always learning, was my impression anyway.

The installation was done very, very well. As with anything, things can happen. At the end of the job, I noticed something that the installers had not seen that was not good. Within 10-15 minutes it was corrected with no questions asked or excuses being made. That is when you know you are working with a good crew and company! Things don’t always go perfectly in life, but they quickly reacted and made it perfect!

Trent has a good team and runs a good business.

I used Outstanding Air on a commercial project that consisted of eliminating existing duct, adding new duct and exhaust throughout the space. The work was completed professionally, clean, and on schedule without delay. They were very quick to respond to any questions or added work during the project. I will continue to use Outstanding on future projects and highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
