I called Elite late at night following an unexpected plumbing issue at my rental property. From the first call I knew that my google search for a plumber had led me to the right place! Josh from Elite was able to make it to the property and get my initial issue taken care of right away. The second portion would include tear out and rebuild of the impacted area. Thankfully, Elite was a 1 stop shop for this as well! They held my hand as I filed the insurance claim (truly going above the call of duty as my advocate in that). Every expectation and timeframe that they provided was spot on. Without Elite this awful situation could’ve been much worse. I’m thankful for the whole team I worked with..Danielle, Joshua, Antonio, and Anthony! Though I hope not to need the service anytime soon, you guys gained a loyal customer!
