So sad that people need help with hiring people but the lady name Tammy who spoke with me on the phone was really nasty to me..I’m glad I did not get that job ..such asham that company has people work ther name Tammy who doesn’t have respect for others ..she needs to be fired anni want everyone to no about her an how she treats people during the hiring process

My therapist Jasmine was amazing! I initially dreaded the idea of going through the program. In the end I will miss attending our group as well as individual sessions very much. Very easy to speak freely without the feeling of judgement or shame. Very laid back! Jasmine was/is always available for me and the entire group. Thank you for helping me through a difficult transition.

My IOP class out of Austin, TX. was tremendous. It truly helped me face my problems. My therapist, Jasmine, was impressive and exceptional. She really cares about her group and the people in it. Would definitely recommend the program to individuals in need of help.

I Just got out of IOP 1/26/2022 and Jasmine that works out of Austin Tx was a great IOP therapist and it seemed to me that she really cared about getting her group sobriety and to continue down the path of Sobriety. I would recommend Novacare to anyone I run across needing sobriety. Jasmine is a great therapist.

Greetings! I just completed IOP at Nova. I went into it with not the most open mind and feeling more resentful and irritated by it because it was required of me by my spouse. Within maybe 1-2 sessions, I quickly changed my tune and knew that based on my early experiences, this IOP program was exactly where I needed to be even though I first tried to fight it. My counselor was Rita. Not even sure where to start in terms of talking about her. She was absolutely AMAZING! One of the most down to earth, genuine, practical, compassionate, hilarious, nonjudgmental people I have EVER met in 45 years of life. She is exactly what I needed in a counselor to keep me going , motivated, challenged and encouraged throughout the process. When the program was over, I feel like I kicked and screamed 100x harder than I kicked and screamed about having to go into the progress to begin with :) This program saved me in so many ways and I will be eternally grateful to Nova, Rita and all of the wonderful people I had the chance to connect with during the program. Keep doing what you guys are doing! You're absolutely exceptional and carry my highest recommendation for anyone looking for an IOP program. And finally to Rita, BLESS YOU and THANK YOU again!
