  Got here at 8:35 on December 15th 2017 waited till 9:19 I was supposed to be there at 9:15 to get into almost 10 was supposed to see dr. Michael Treanor got to see some stupid PA and I think that's really f***** up this is the most discouraging disgusting ignoring people on My Humana people treated me like s*** and if they think I'm coming back here they're crazy he stands up people who have poor Insurance like Humana Medicaid and Medicare he doesn't care you have to better insurance and Better Class Act in the better look than I had apparently so if you're one of those insurance people that has insurance is find someplace else to go and get a different preference the place is obnoxious the staff is rude and they are on feeling cold people!

  I can't thank the team at Advanced Orthopedics enough! A few weeks back I was convinced I had damaged my rotator cuff, thankfully I saw Dr. Nick Liu who immediately was able to diagnose it as a torn bicep insertion. I was treated and on my way in an hour and haven't had any problems since. They have high end technology for all types of body scans, extremely knowledgable doctors, and the rest of the staff have great customer service skills. The facility is also very clean. I hope I don't injure myself again, but if I do they'll be the first ones I call!

  Double charged me for my copay. Has been 20 minutes on the phone and got the most condescending, ignorant lady from billing. Somehow these people had an "error" that I received X-rays on property. I'm actually sure this half of a chromosome lady has placed me on a hold that'll never be answered.
  
  **which she did never pick the phone back up. The issue was eventually taken care of, in over a week. For $20 🙄

  My husband has been coming to this office for approx 2 years, he had knee surgery on July 2016. The results have been great. Dr. Liu and Dr. Megan are excellent, dedicated and the best ever. The staff are outstanding, very caring and extremely helpful. The same with the girls in the front office area, always willing to assist with our questions. Thank you Adv. Ortho. Jeronimo and Carmen Vallejo.

  They know how to scam you and your insurance company. Billing you and your insurance company for for things that they didn't do. THIS company is a perfect example of what is WRONG with our healthcare system. Scam, Scam, Scam.

  I arrived 40 min before my appointment and got seen 45 min after my actual appointment. The waiting time is crazy, way too many people at this location. You can't even get a good parking space. The staff seems like they don't care, just always talking to themselves and laughing about crap. This place sucks

  LOVE the DR's here.the WAITING is terrible. Leave work for appt. wait 1 hour to be then told they are running late. How about a text telling patients that? We do have you pay for these visits missing work to sit in waiting room

  Two days ago I had an appt with Dr. Otten to discuss my upper back pain and to get some relief. My husband and I were called into room and waited a half hour. I went out and asked how much longer to wait. Was told I was next. Waited another half hour. Went out and asked what was the hold up! Was told again I was next. Waited another 15 minutes and finally went out out for the last time! I was told they told Dr Otten I was waiting to see him and he goes into other rooms instead!!!! They said they cant help which room he decides to go in!!! I was so pissed I told them I was leavng and never comng back and I better not get billed for this non visit! This is totally unacceptable behavior and I am still in pan for which I have to find another Dr to evaluate! Do not go to Advancd Orthopdics!!

  Excellent Dr. Michael Trainor and his Excellent staff. I have received excellent quality care 👍
  Friendly staff, Caring ,They have a sense of humor , very professional . Dr. Michael Trainor THANK YOU for the Excellent improvement in my quality of life since my surgeries.👍
  And Yes 😬 we have to wait a bit. " Oh Well "
  You could put a nice fish aquarium in waiting area 😊. Over all 5 Stars
