Office staff is always friendly and helpful. I never have a problem getting an appointment in a timely manner. We always see Deanna and she is absolutely amazing! Would recommend this practice to anyone!

So I just had a really bad experience with a dermatologist office in the area. I scheduled my appointment a few weeks ago and specifically asked to see the doctor, not a PA. They said Yes, you're going to be seen by Dr. J. The appointment was early this morning. I get my daughter up early so I can be on time and head to the office. Get there and they say no your appointment is with the PA. What really bothers me is that no one seemed to care about how this is an inconvenience.
When did it become okay to waste other people's time?
