WHAT A WONDERFUL WAY TO EXPERIENCE THE FULL FLAVOR OF AN HISTORIC TOWN. LOVELY OLD VICTORIAN BED & BREAKFAST WITH FRIENDLY STAFF, COZY ROOMS AND AMPLE BREAKFAST SERVED AS SIT-DOWN IN A BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED PARLOUR. WALK INTO THE HEART OF TOWN OR EXPLORE THE SIDE STREETS - EVERYTHING IS A QUICK WALK FROM THE INN. CAVEAT: PARKING IS DIFFICULT AND LIMITED.

This was a nice in, very good service. Friendly innkeepers. Parking is tight for large vehicles. Rooms are big and themed, and decorated nicely. We stayed in the music room. The bathroom needs updating. Location is convenient, walkable to the warfs and restaurants and shops.

Excellent location. Good value. Clean & Quiet. Breakfasts ok, but could be better. This is our 2nd visit and will stay again next time we are in the area. Loved our room.

We had an amazing stay here. The room was comfortable, the staff and owner were extremely nice and accommodating, the food was delicious and it was a quick walk down to the main street

Service was great, the rooms were cozy. The first time we've stayed in a historical house overnight. The amenities were awesome and the staff was very helpful with any issues we had. Definitely recommended and hope to go back with warmer weather.

A great B&B at a great price! Cozy, historic space with fresh-baked cookies, coffee, and tea throughout the day, wine and cheese on the weekends, and a fresh FULL hot breakfast every morning. Easy walking distance to downtown Newport - and close proximity to the mansions.

Lovely b&b. Staff was excellent. They were friendly, very attentive. Rooms were clean. The breakfast is delicious and worth the stay. Finally, the b&b is central to all the town's attractions.

Overall a nice experience. The main room for breakfast was lovely and offer great choices. The carpet in the rooms need to be replaced or install wood flooring. The outside landscaping needs major sprucing up. The staff need to be more knowledgeable on the area. Bathroom showers are tiny and uncomfortable. The bed and breakfast is up a steep hill. Parking is limited. May have to park at there second location.
