Had to have a new pump and bladder tank about 10 years ago. That's not a long life for this stuff. Our pump went out yesterday and the bladder tank is messed up. We called all three numbers , still no call back.

I've grown up all my life drinking well water so when my fiance moved in with me I didn't even think twice about it, but she certainly had a complaint to make. I heard for weeks about how she hated the odor, how it tasted funny, how it stained her clothes, and I continued to hear about it until I finally called around to get a water softener system installed. After gathering quotes from contractors around the area I figured out that Adams & Sons was the best value for the price. I had never used them before so I was a little apprehensive. They turned out to be great. They really exceeded my expectations and that's saying a lot considering I'm very particular especially when it comes to my home that I've spent years remodeling. Now the Mrs. is happy and so am I! If I have any problems in future with my well water I have no doubt that I'll be calling Adams & Sons.

They never showed nor called. Selling a home and the buyer's inspector said the well needs to be sanitized. I called Adams and the older gentleman on the phone seemed confused as to why I wanted the water to be tested before sanitized. Apparently they don't normally test the water before sanitizing the well. That seems backwards to me. Shouldn't you know what bacteria and how much of it you are trying to kill? Regardless I setup an appt for them to come out and test the water so the well could be treated. After waiting at the property for 2 and a half hours and making 3 phone calls to an answering machine I gave up. They never called or showed up.
