I was able to make an appointment the same day that I called, which was very helpful. The staff was very personable and informative, providing information since we are new to the area. The establishment was clean and inviting. The place was not crowded with other visitors. Definitely a great first impression! I'm glad that I made my first vet visit here!

Amazing staff! Caring, helpful, willing to listen and explain which is very important to me. Prices are not too bad! Dr. Brooks really works with me with my exotic pet! Brought cats here too. Just great service all around.

simply amazing staff!!!! they were so nice, welcoming, and informative! so glad we switched to them. Very calming atmosphere for my anxious dog and the staff did everything possible to make him comfortable and happy!!!! what a great experience!

So farso good. Have recently started bringing my new puppy Rascal here instead of my old vet where I take my other 2 dogs and a cat. They have night and weekend hours. When we go it is not crowded and crazy like our other vet's office. Want to start bringing my whole herd here. People are beyond friendly!

Stow Falls is wonderful. They can usually get me in same day and if not, they are always more than willing to check the other two offices to see if I can get in elsewhere. They also accept payment plans, which is very convenient for a poor college student. The staff and doctors are considerate and knowledgeable and have always taken very good care of my pets. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
