We purchased a new Jayco RV the end of September & a list of things that did not work, refrigerator would not work on propane, leaking plumbing, bathroom door would not close. Not sure how Hartville RV claims they do an inspection before we paid for & picked up the RV. We were assured everything would be fixed, we took it back, they had it for nearly 2 weeks. Still all items not fixed.terrible buying experience & customer service. Have considered contacting Better Business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE..
Great place 4 u'r RV needs, along with very helpful people!
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. They care about their customers.
Very excellent service
Took care of my problem well !
Nice people and very nice campers
It all sounded so good at the beginning. New to RVing and were told so many good things about Hartville RV. Then we bought there, and oh how the story changed. Repeated requests for information, both from the dealer and Manufacturer (Jayco) about several concerns during purchase process and within weeks after. Dealer admitted the issue with entertainment system was valid and admitted they have several other units with the same problem. Fast forward 9 months and the best I can get after asking again and again is; Jayco knows it's a problem and will not fix it and the dealership will install parts to 'fix' the problem if I buy them. Caveat Emptor, buyers beware
70+ degrees. All rvs locked up. Not 1 salesperson to be seen.
Excellent customer service and great pricing. They don't keep the biggest stock but they really know their stuff.
Very nice sales staff
Rumor has it they maybe expanding!
Recently traded in and purchased a new KZ Durango 336RE. It was a great experience and it was amazing being able to work with one of the owners throughout the process. The best thing is that I was told the truth from the beginning and nothing changed. This is a family owned business and it shows in they way they treat the customer.
