This is a happy, friendly dealership. They all make you feel right at home here! We worked with Todd Bollman, and I felt like he was our new best friend within the first 10 minutes of meeting him. While Todd was getting our new car ready for washing or had to step away to get final paperwork rolling, other employees there (several), came up to us, and asked "Are you being taken care of?" It's like the whole place is a big happy family, and they are all there to make sure that you are being taken care of and that you are comfortable. We felt so at home at Sarchione Chevrolet!! Our deal with Todd went very well, I asked him to come down a bit on price of new car, and he did work with us, in our favor. So happy with our new Lexus F-Sport, was just what we were looking for. Thanks Todd Bollman!!

I bought a '16 Subaru BRZ from Sarchione a couple of weeks ago. Although the dealer is far from where I live, I decided the price was right and took the drive. I dealt with Todd Bollman, who allowed me to place a deposit on the vehicle before I went in. Dealing with Todd was a professional, no-nonsense ordeal. He is a friendly guy who is willing to work with the buyer, to get the deal done in a way both parties agree on. I felt no undue pressure to buy throughout the whole process. There was no fuss over me bringing my own financing through a credit union, either. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Sarchione and Todd if you choose to buy either a new Chevy or used vehicle. Thank you guys.

Great experience! Got everything done super fast and got a great deal on a lease thanks to Ron. He even picked me up from my house the morning I was taking delivery on my truck. All the staff I dealt with were extremely friendly and laid back. They have won my business for years to come.

Helpful service department, the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. They called with an update when they determined the issue, gave an explanation and the cost prior to completing the work. They even worked with me to leave the keys locked in the car so I could pick up the car after hours with my spare key, since I paid for the service over the phone.

Super friendly & knowledgeable staff, inventory on site like no other! From the moment you pull on the lot it is obvious it is about to be a different dealership experience than what you receive at other area dealers. Todd provided us a pleasurable no pressure sale and Steve made financing an easy breeze. We will continue to purchase future vehicles here and refer all our family and friends here first. Thanks for an excellent truck buying experience! It's a pleasure to support a local business that gives back so much to our community!

I recently bought a Jeep at Sarchione Chevy. They had such a wide variety of vehicles as well as great prices. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. I personally worked with Todd. He was very friendly and really listened to my needs and did everything he could to sell me the perfect car. Thank you again!

I've been to a lot of dealer and this is the first review I've ever posted. This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. There was no actual haggling. The first price I was given was more than fair. When it was just outside of our budget the sales manager Ryan got a second opinion on our trade to get us more, then lowered the price on his truck more as well. It's the first time I've walked away with a new to me vehicle and not felt that I could have got a better price. Steve the finance guy did everything he could to get the best finance possible too.

The lemonade is great, dont worry they sell lemons too ! Friendly people, however the attention span and attention to detail is absent from all departments except the finance depart (they're chill). Dont be the fool i was a buy a foreign car from them, add 2000$ in repairs to sale price. When you call and schedule an early morning drop off to get the repairs fixed always call and tell them were you left it, they will forget or not look for it 100% of the time. I recommend only buying the Chevy's and once your out of town never return.

I'm not one to complain however I do not appreciate someone urinating on my leg and telling me it is raining. Sarchione Chevy put in my 9-inch rear end on my new Challenger. This is an $8,500 rear end that they f***** up getting in the powder coat is destroyed there's gouge marks all over it where they couldn't get it in. Furthermore they told me after working on it and charge me out the ass that it was done but it's still needed work? I had to have the God damn thing flatbed it from their dealer to Aamco. The guy that Aamco definitively told me that when they put my rear differential in that they failed to put the carrier bushings in place. So when I pull my car around front the driveshafts scraped on the exhaust and made a nice notch in it. This is all brand new stuff and when I called to ask about this they straight-up lied to me and told me they did. Finally after the technician spoke to one of the managers and told him straight out he's looking at this they put nothing that they were supposed to and the guy just kind of said will send us a bill. Well the guys that Aamco told me that they will probably never get paid by them and I have a very large problem with this. I've already paid them a ton of money but Aamco is now out $855 for all the labor. Now that it's incorrectly my brand new rear diff and driveshaft are scratched up. Why the hell would I have it powder coated only for them to beat it up? So either Aamco is out 855 or I am but until you guys make this right I will have no choice but to continue to voice what is nothing but the honest truth. I was straight-up lied to. Even though my brand new stuff is basically junk aesthetically I can't expect them to reimburse me however I do expect the extra two days for rental car and the toe. That's totally probably be around 1100 and again I will patiently wait for somebody to tell me the check is in the mail at which point I will happily recant. Miles Brook Eston-emt paramedic

Bought a 2013 Chevy sonic from here and ended up only having one key for it, we agreed on having a spare made and I just need to contact them within the week to pick it up, a week goes by and I call and apparently they forgot to put the order in for the spare key, so I wait another three days to call and no answer might i add i called 3 times throughout the day on a Wednesday. So I end up sending my dad to go pick it up at the end of the second week thinking it has to be in and he was very rudely treated when he brought up the key and said they had no records of a key being ordered or anyone contacting them. Nice dealership, too bad they forget about you as you drive off the lot

Ryan was extremely helpful in providing all of the information required to make an informed decision. The dealership is beautiful and from the moment my father and I arrived we felt very comfortable and not pressured at any point. All of the individuals who assisted in the process were friendly, professional and extremely thorough. We will highly recommend your dealership to others and I am really enjoying my new vehicle. Thanks!! Peggy
