I've lived in this area for about 15 years now. I've done the majority of my shopping here in that time. You used to able to just stop in for a couple of things and get out of there quickly. Ever since they put in the self checkout lanes, the wait time has gone downhill considerably. Unfortunately they followed the familiar pattern of keeping minimal registers open like the bigger stores. It'd be great if they realized that's something everyone hates about those places.

Acme did our wedding cake and I was BLOWN AWAY. They did such a beautiful job. The cake was delivered to our venue on time with absolutely no issues and it looked exactly like the reference picture I sent them…actually…it looked BETTER than the reference picture. They were so easy to work with even in the midst of Covid. Definitely recommend them over ANY other cake shop! Amazing experience.

what isn't perfect about this acme? it's clean the staff is friendly the food is fresh the deli is amazing, I just absolutely LOVE this placetruley a hometown supermarket. WAY better then Wal-Mart or anything else in the area.

The prices are good.. specials for the week are always top notch sales. The store is extremely clean and very well organized. The isles are wide and their displays are very attractive. Every register was opened and was running smoothly. The associates that I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed shopping here and will continue to do so. Was very impressed with the whole shopping experience.

Acme is always an entertaining place to go shopping with my wife. They always have a new and interesting selection of food and craft beers.

My local Acme good sales but so big if you need milk it's at least 100 yards from parking to milk, feel bad for seniors Great beer selection & florist inside

The store is exceptionally clean .the employees are helpful to the customers. And they always have the sale items in stock. I live a half a mile from another Acme and I go to the Manchester Road one instead.

Great store to shop at. They always have great deals. Just wish they would keep the deals stocked up. The pharmacy is also great to get prescriptions filled. Andrew the pharmacist always helps me out with my son's prescriptions when I had an issue.

My wife and I got all of our flowers for our wedding through this Acme and everything was perfect! We picked up the day-of with no issues and everything was as we ordered it. Great service.

Very convenient for me. Some things are better priced than others. I do a lot of price matching between them and Wal-mart.
My only real complaint is that a lot of the employees seem to really hate their jobs, and they aren't bothered by showing it. Usually when checking out, I'll get a younger cashier, and they would rather talk to their bagger, other cashiers, or just be silent. A few don't even say hi.response / report this review -
