  Bed bugs: I own apartment buildings, they treated one unit and there were bites for 2 nights after. I did my own research and it appears that is normal and by the 3rd night no problems. 3 months later still no problems. I have called upon them again, and they are treating a different unit. I 100% reccomend them to everyone affected by them. Their price come w a guarantee. They treated a building for me for $400 (2- three bedroom units) Terminex wanted $2300 and another bug killer wanted $1800. The key to extermination is prep work. I would give 5 stars if the 2 nights after could be eliminated.I don't think that should sway anyone not to use them, as the process of killing bed bugs is not immediate and I think that they are just being honest versus what the other companies say happen. If it was immediate, there would be successful store bought treatments available. Bedbugs suck!!! Do the prep work, and have several conversations the owner has walked me thru many prep concerned as well as preventing contamination of my own home.

  The Bug Killer folks always arrive on time, work neatly and most importantly get rid of the problem. I have used them for years after being very disappointed with other local companies who simply wanted to treat and retreat and never actually got rid of the carpenter ants that are so prevalent in this area. One year there was a bad downpour just after treatment-no problem, they came right back and re-treated.

  I loved the Bug Killer. It was all about the prep work that got rid of my bed bug issue. You must do that correct. He used a flea pesticide that really worked. I tried with three other Companies first., but the Bug Killer killed those bugs
