By far the rudest people I have dealt with, I've shopped here for years, sent many people here on several occasions, I will not return. I had a family emergency that required me to go out of town, I called and told them I was not going to be able to bring in the rented costume on time, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very understanding, bring in costume today to be charged $42 for being late. I was told I wouldn't, the lady I dealt was rude and had no customer service skills and talked to me as if I was a child. Yes I understand yall charge late fees but I called way before it was due and they told me it was fine so there was no need for her to talk down to me. I will not return nor send any one I know.
