Working with these people is a pleasure. I’ve bought many things from Absolute and always had a great experience. I’ve purchased eight or more large ticket items and had a problem with one. They took it back, repaired it, and gave it back to me. Things happen and we don’t live in a perfect world, but when dealing with Tim and Jim, they made it right. We rode the OHRV trail to their store. The trail was nice and once inside the people were friendly. We bought a pair of gloves and found their prices to be reasonable. They had a very large, uncrowded, show room.

Called desperately to to find a part for my atv that was broken down 17 miles in on success trail. The woman that answered the service phone didn't even know what a bearing was and put me on hold to "see if she could find the part" . She never asked me what year make or model atv I had. She came back on the phone and said nope we have no bearings and basically hung up. If you need help with your Polaris don't bother going here. Go to a mom and pop service center like ALL TERRAIN AUTO in Berlin who actually care about there customers

Awesome experience. I bought a wr450 off of them(Jim) and the transaction and follow up were excellent. They went out of their way to help me out! Will check them out first for future powersports purchases!
