  Please ignore the stars on this review. I didn’t have a choice but to assign stars to get to this point. This comes up on the Internet for alterations in Berlin. They don’t do alterations on clothing they don’t sell. That’s fine, it is their choice. I just want people to know to not take clothing there for alterations.

  At first this boutique was accommodating, however I am completely unsatisfied with the fit of my gown (should have been a size smaller), my Maid of Honors dress (should have been a size bigger) and another bridesmaid's dress that is just so beyond huge on her, I am not even sure what the lady was thinking who measured her I feel that spending close to $1500 when it's all said and done should provide for dresses that fit correctly at least. I would not recommend going to this shop for this reason.
  There is already enough planning and stress that goes into a wedding, I do not like that we have to have every single dress altered, including the flower girl dress. I understand minor alterations, but two of them are not minor and those two should have fit the best. My Maid of Honor went and tried on dresses and was told by the shop person that she should get a smaller size and my other bridesmaid had to make a special two hour drive just to be measured a second time and the dress is absolutely huge! This is not very careful or professional as far as I am concerned.

  My daughter and I have had such a wonderful experience wedding gown shopping at Betty Dee Fashions and working with Lucy. This was the first salon we visited and even though she found a definite possibility, my daughter was unable to commit to a dress at this time. Chance brought her back to her favorite gown in another store and we ran back to Betty Dee to have it ordered. Today we went to pick up the gown. It fit perfectly and looked beautiful. With the advice and assistance of Lucy, we added the right amount of blingy accessories to make the whole look absolutely stunning! My daughter didn't want to take the dress off. Professionalism, personal attention and no pressure were the key factors in this sale. I highly recommend this shop to every bride to be. They have attire for the entire wedding party, prom dresses and all the accessories one could want. Thank you so much Lucy for making this special time even more memorable.
