I've just returned from ABC towing in Tukwilawithout my uncle's truck. We called at 4:50, and informed them we would be there, but we'd be cutting it close. The lady, while polite, told us if we couldn't get there by 5, there's nothing they could do for us. Understood. We pulled in at 4:58, and she informed us that we're S.O.L! My uncle is disabled and on disability. I realize that they run a business and are in it to make a dollar, but a little bit of compassion can go a long way. I know they get sob stories all the time, and thusly have to separate themselves from that emotion frequently, but this review could have been one of praise and great-fullness had they shown a little humanity. So they say thay close at 5, and THEY DO! Better be there to get the paperwork done by 4:30 because if not, you'll he paying for another dayfor 5 minutes.

If you're unlucky enough to break down in the greater Seattle area, these are the only guys I would trust to tow my car. Truly a diamond in the rough. The only honest tow truck company in all of Seattle.

Got Derek and he was great! A large pot hole had taken out the tire on my Tesla and he was there in around 30min to put a loaner tire on my car. Was back on the road in under an hour, great service!

Had a great experience just now w/ Derek, as he swapped out our flat tire w/ a loaner while we await a replacement from our car manufacturer. Very communicative and quick to get in/out, will definitely work w/ ABC Towing should the need arise in the future.

Derek Haag was spectacular with his service. He came late in the evening to change out our tire, was knowledgeable about the process for what to expect with my repair, was quick, communicative, and friendly. Grateful for such great service
