Nice looking place. Clean and well maintained. Had 3 people at the snack counter. My hotdog took 10 minutes to make! Homie, you don’t “MAKE” a hotdog you just put it in a bun! The pretzel bites were raunchy and had half a stick of butter sloshing around in the box. Got my money back for the pretzel bites.

We went to see Coco and looked up the show time earlier in the day and planned our day around that(luckily did not buy the online). So when we got there they informed us the movie at that time was in Spanish.ok I think it's great they do Spanish showings BUT they need to make sure there is special designation on the show time online. The next showing in English was not until hour later. I went online to double check on AMC website and they have zero notice that it is in Spanish.

If the movie you choose is offered in the Dolby theater, I highly recommend you spend the extra few dollars and experience the fantastic picture quality and the sound is out of this world. The seats/chairs are far superior to those in the Hawkins Estrella Falls.

Decent theater. Only two qualms with it. One, the bathrooms STINK. You can smell them just walking past. Two, the walls rattle during loud parts of the movie. Like especially bad. I get it, nowhere is perfect, and other than that, this location is awesome. Plus it's the closest theater to me that I can use my moviepass at, so I'll take it.

This is my second visit ever to Westgate and I really like this movie theater, actually first time at this movie theater but it's a nice quiet movie theater and very mellow, and well laid out. The theaters are a bit small but it's a nice area and good Theatres

The location of the theater is great; however, the concession counter, drink station and counter top at the condiments were filthy. We ended up not purchasing any snacks for that reason. Whoever is managing this theater should really work on this. I sometimes go to the Deer Valley AMC as well as the AMC on Filmore and they never look like that. The reason I gave them any stars at all was because their ticketing staff were very nice and attentive.

I have been a premier stubs club holder for about 4 years . Today I was informed that I can't use my points to purchase tickets anymore. They are only can be used for concessions.
We didn't want them today but decided why not at least get something to use up the points. When we got there we were informed that we are only '' insiders'' and could not upgrade for the next size as we have always done. She said I don't know why Guess you got reset. What?

Love being a primiere stubs member. Great, fast service. Love the perks, movie and a drink only cost us 30 cents with the points I had accumulated. We were running late, they told us just how many seats were left so we could decide if we wanted to chance it. Saw Pirates. Even though it was in the small theatre it was great.

This place is a disaster. I was there on a Saturday evening along with many other patrons, which is expected on a Saturday evening. Apparently, management is unaware that Saturday evenings might be busy. They were severely under staffed in every department. I used the restroom upon arrival and it was nothing short of disgusting. The cashiers for concessions were all of 5 with 8-10 registers unoccupied, so that line was horrendous. The movie was good, but the theater or the management had nothing to do with that. I used the other restroom before I left, hoping it might be the better of the two, only to find it was as bad or worse than the first one I used. If I were in management at this location, I would be embarrassed and ashamed. I love Westgate, however, I will not be viewing a movie there anytime soon.

Good place that has a bar for adults. Way too expensive for food. 20 bucks for a large popcorn and 2 soda fountain drinks.

I like the cheaper price in the morning. But the line for the concession stand is way too long, that's why I prefer Harkins. They actually have more people working at their concession stand.

Awesome movies and great people! A few things like soda machines being warm and seats squeaking but it's ok we usually watch movies that run into the early morning. Other then that I totally love going here. ^_^

This place is BS we got in line and paid for our tickets. I pointed everyone out two adults and two children, not to mention our older two just sat down too watch a movie with friends the whole reason we decided to watch a movie was to wait for them. So we walk up to give our tickets to the guy who is taking them. He then tells us we can't watch the movie after 6 pm cause one of little ones is to young but it was OK for him to watch it before 6 pm how ridiculous it that Yes it's R rated (Logan) but before PM it would of been OK..REALLY Now we're waiting out side for our two older ones doing nothing, had it not been that they are with friends I would of pulled them out and got a refund.. Needless to say never again I'll stick to Harkins and where ever else
