The seats are seconds only to Ruston's. Their programs save us money and keep us going back. Love the giant slurpies. Love the free events. This is our usual theater.
The next time your employees try to have a funk ass attitude over her mic to another employee when we just ask a simple question should watch how she represent herself , you sit there and ran your mouth to other employees and basically said “ how stupid we looked for asking a specific question” At least take your self out of the customers view , on in to the break room and not let them see it then run your damn mouth. You lucky I didn’t let you have it.
I don't know if it's typical of all AMC theaters or just this one but the previews they paired up with the movie
we came to see were very offensive, inappropriate for a movie I brought my family to see. Afterwards I remembered that this happened before at this theater. This theater is also run down. Two of our recliner chairs were broken and didn't work. Disappointing trip to the movies.
Very clean and inviting for a cinema. The ability to reserve your seats ahead of time is a welcome option. Staff is friendly. The only complaint I have is that quite often people don't control their children and they get noisy during the movie. As this isn't really AMC's fault I wouldn't dock their rating for it.
The absolute definition of relaxation, that's all I can think about when I sit in there chairs. Probably the weirdest thing but it's what most theatres overlook. If you're going to spend more than 2 hours in one spot the chairs have to be comfortable. Always check online for ticket prices and seating, once saw a brand new movie price at around six bucks earlier in the day because later spots were filling up and were around fifteen because of that. Will always go here.

Horrible design to seating. Had to look up at the screen. Will never come here again. Thankfully it was a gift. Would have asked for my money back if it hadn't been. Five minutes into the previews my neck was already hurting.
Actually is located in the 'Lakewood Towne Center' and not the Lakewood Mall. Nice theater with really nice fully reclining, comfortable, leather chairs. Not unusual to hear someone snoring if the movie being watched is a little slow paced. Clean auditoriums, lobby, and snack bar. Sometimes, the AC is a little too much, so it might be wise to dress accordingly or like some, bring a blanket.
Took the Family to see the Valerian Movie. Great Movie, the Theater is always clean and the seats are comfortable Love that they recline gives that at Home feeling.
The best way to watch a movie! Red leather electric recliners. Today we had the entire theater to our selves.
Best! Seats are comfy, crowds light, smaller individual theaters make it quiet. Excellent sound and picture quality. Our go to place for movie night!
This is my favorite Movie Theatre in Tacoma! The reclining seats are wonderful, and you will not find a bad seat in the rooms because of how the theaters are designed. The food selection is Good for you Junk food aholics. But I would honestly recommend hitting up the other eateries in the area first before eating here price-wise.
I came into the theater yesterday (4/15/17) and the theater was amazing! From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted by a tall and extremely nice gentleman (I think his name was Sam) and then getting through concessions was a breeze!! The seats were clean and very comfortable! I love this place!!
Bought my ticket and it never came in an email, pathetic. They have no honor in the system of buying. Pretty good place though, nice people and they keep to themselves most of the time. After I got there I had to go back and get the card that I used which was very annoying! Have they ever heard of another way to do that?
Since I have Warren Theater in Kansas to compare this place to I give it 3 stars. (Wichita KS has same big comfy reclining chairs and order boards at each seat where customers can order snacks, food, soda refills, beer, wine, nachos, burgers etc & it's delivered to you. You don't have to leave the theater unless you need to potty) Otherwise, compared to theaters in Western Washington, this place gets 4 stars due to ticket prices being a bit high, food highly over priced (we dine out prior to arrival. It's much cheaper) and lines being very slow. Overall great experience and definitely our go to spot.
