We were on vacation in Washington and my wife and I stopped in to have her blood drawn late Friday afternoon. The receptionist/phlebotomist was pleasent and effective. My wife needed to have the results in order to receive her chemo treatment on Monday morning and she made it happen! Other than having to wait a few minutes while she finished a call, we had a good experience with this Quest location.

Calling their phone line is absolutely useless. All of the options tell you to go online and use their website. Even if you have a simple question because you are confused, they don't have an operator line or front desk. I spent almost half an hour navigating the phone menu options, only to be told "Good Bye" and hung up on when the computer got tired of me. Horrible phone service.

I have blood draws every three months and have always had a great experience. Erin and Cindy are the best.

Worst experience of my life. The woman that draws blood there is rude and awful. Go somewhere else if you can.
