Wow!! I ordered a piece for my church's AED around 3PM and it arrived the next morning! To have something shipped with less than a 24 hour turn around (& shipped for free due to the price of the piece) is unheard of. Customer Service was great over the phone, too. Would do business again.

I placed an order over two months ago and still have yet to receive the device. I have called and been told it will be arrive in two weeks, but it still has not arrived.
