What a scam! I have been trying to contact supervisor for AAA and have been on holds for over 1 Hour wasting my time attempting to correct membership information with respect to my name and membership with AAA since 2010.

The travel agency is great at providing you with the best possible route for your trip. They have real theme park trickers for cheaper and are not a scan like so many of those selling fake tickets via billboards on the interstate.

So helpful! I originally went to the AAA in Daytona Beach but was stood up for my appointment by Susannot going back there unless Kelly returns. Fredrick saved the day and helped us plan our up coming trip to Ireland.

I want to say . I have had the roadside assistance for years and used it. I currently and previously have had auto insurance and now also have a renters insurance policy. These people have always been there. When I broke down in Mississippi and had to stay over for 3 days, they towed my vehicle. I hadn't budgeted for extra hotel rooms and food costs associated with my car breaking down. They sent me the money to cover my costs associated with food and hotel rooms for me and my family. Who does that? I am a premier member. Whether I have broken down in California or Maryland they have always been there for me. I feel like I'm never traveling alone! I feel safe and I love that I can always call them no matter the time. I feel like AAA slogan should have been are you in good hands because they are consistent and caring and always there. I love you AAA. You have saved our tails alot of time..Also add up the services you get for free if your a premier member. If you need services.Car or home lockoutGas..Tows 200 miles(usually $4 a mile ) ..Etc

Great little cafe and great way for new members and current members to get information. Also there is a free air station for tires in the front of the entrance and a place to plug in your vehicle if you have an electric car.

I run AAA service calls as an independent operator in south Florida. Some people in this business call them the evil empire because they are far and away the biggest motor club on earth. One thing you must realize down here the fleet is small so calls are mostly handled by private contractors. This means you could get a new guy or someone who has decades doing it. When you call a primary company will get the job first, then AAA will go down a list of backups when the ETA becomes too long. I recommend if they tell you more than an hour tell them you're in a sketchy neighborhood and don't feel safe.

it has been two weeks since their " we'll be there in an hour" turned into two and a half hour without any type of notification to us telling us of that fact. wife waited outside the whole time, as she was instructed to be "near her vehicle", she is 69 years old, it's florida and it is sunny and hot in a parking lot. when i complained about it i was informed that a aaa field rep, who is supposed to investigate the tow company for the delay, would be contacting me about this incident. still waiting. been with aaa for 15 years. prior to this i was part of aaa california till last year and never had an issue. moved to florida and nothing but issues. could go on with other issues concerning that day but i think i made my poing
