Great service. When we walked in the place was busy but the staff was still very kind. The Dr. and vet techs were knowledgeable and did not push for unnecessary tests/medications.
    Thank you all!

Waited over an hour to be seen just to actually spend less than 5 minutes with the doctor. No one introduced themselves or properly greeted us when we finally got into a room after an hour and 15 minutes. They were very cold and short. When the doctor came in he didn’t even know what was going on after we explained everything in detail to the tech who came in originally. I was pretty much told that they didn’t know what was wrong with my dog but they could try out a few things - “IF I could afford it”. When I asked for a few minutes to consult with my partner on whether or not we wanted to move forward, the doctor never came back. We literally had to open the door to the back room where the vet tech was just standing and request the doctor come back and she was very rude about it. This was my first time visiting and I was super excited excited because of the great reviews but definitely WILL NOT BE BACK! It was a huge waste of time, gas, and money - for nothing!

Oh and I found it to be extremely distasteful for them to hold my dog captive and refuse to give him back until after we checked out. By far THE WORST VET I’ve been to.

I needed somewhere to board my dog over the holidays at the last minute. Dr. Phillips animal hospital really came through for me. They had availability and watched my sweet puppy for eight nights. Everything was perfect!!

Very sweet and helpful staff. GPS was a little wonky getting us there, but it was all worth it. Recommend wholeheartedly.

The staff is very nice and the doctor is we met was nice as well. But spent a lot of time waiting around when we were the only people there. Overpriced visit. And given a lot of nonsense prescriptions from my dog.

Professional, friendly and caring about all their clients. Immaculate environment, spacious and safe.

This is the best place to take your dog. I can't post enough positive remarks about this place. She was diagnosed with Addison's Disease , but I won't worry because Leia will be in great hands for the rest of her life.

    Thank you

Our 15 year old cat was limping and I found Dr. Phillips Animal Hospital online (we are new to the area). They were very accommodating and the vet techs were very kind. What I really appreciated was the fact that they gave me pricing up front so there would be no surprises. After the exam and X-rays, the doctor took me back to the X-ray area so that I could see the X-rays myself. Unfortunately, they had found a large tumor on our cat's heart. They did give me the name of a specialist, but because of the cat's age and disposition, I opted to take her home and make her comfortable. The doctor agreed and gave us some pain meds. They were very compassionate and understanding. Wonderful place.

Drove 30 miles on a Sunday to get my cat checked out Prices are reasonable, typical prices you would find at a regular Vets office. The staff and doctor handled my cat gently and I saw no rough handling I would definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends. Vet and staff are friendly and provided thorough instruction / advice.

I took my cat to Dr. Phillips Animal Hospital due to an infection. This was my first time ever going to a veterinary clinic for a pet, as my cat Dexter (Dex for short) is my first pet.

I saw Dr. Qasim, and he was so nice and professional and made Dex and I feel comfortable! All of the staff was wonderful and kind and I will definitely be coming back there for Dex and his future vet needs! The vet tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable and the vet was very knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable And I do think that I will be back, based on the care and analysis of the staff.

I went back for a second time with another cat who was not feeling well. I felt I got excellent service from the vet tech and the veterinarian. This time, the price was much more reasonable. All of my questions were answered and multiple options discussed. I like this clinic and will return if one of my animal companions needs medical care.

Dr. Qasim & staff have been terrific with our dogs of all ages. Can't beat the hrs open. He's very trustworthy, knowledgeable & spends time with you. If you love your pets, need I say more. Started using him as our vet 4yrs ago. Would refer anyone to him. Might have to wait a few minutes but it's worth it. He cares about his practice. Thank You Dr Q

Worst Vet I've been. They don't even know how to get temperature from a cat. My cat has the sweetest personality and is seeing another vet now and is super cooperative, however this vet manages to make her super angry over the simplest things such as getting temperature and taking a med. They have no idea what they are doing. They would also try to convince you to pay more even when it is just your first visit. They also gave me false knowledge in order to convince me to spay my cat as soon as possible. Turns out she was already pregnant at the time when they were persuading me to spay her. Now her babies are born and we are waiting for a good time to have her spayed along with her daughter.

Terrible experience with the office staff, I called to book an appointment and assumed as I was calling the Dr. Philips location that the appointment would be at that location. When we arrived we were told you are booked for our Windermere office, I said I didn't even know you had a Windermere office and I would never book to go there when this office is just 5 minutes from my home. I was amazed when the receptionist actually said "Pftt" that was her only response, not I'm sorry for the confusion, let me see if we can fit you in or let me reboook you here for another day! Nothing, she was so incredibly rude that we walked out and we won't bother going back.

I had to bring my little doxie in for an emergency (no appointment, and it was no problem)! I was a little nervous due to the few bad reviews but don't that steer you away!! Read their responses to the bad reviews they're very reasonable!!

I knew I had to take my doxie in to a vet when she hurt her back and I was afraid this vet would be expensive because of the reviews but I literally called every open vet within an hour radius of me asking for quotes on consult fees and x rays cuz I knew she would need a back x Ray for sure!! And this was actually the best priced in the area!! $60 consult fee (other vets were $80-$100) and $270 for an x Ray (other vets were $250-$300)

We get there and the doctor sees us right away! Very confident and knowledgeable he just made me feel really comfortable! He educated us on my dogs issues and made a great treatment plan for us! I thought I would be spending $400-$500 between the consult fee, x Ray, medication, and pain killers. They were very upfront and gave us different options, so we ended up opting out of doing a x ray because my dogs issue was pretty obvious even without an x ray. And just taking steroids by IV and the steroids pills and pain killers for my dogs back. Which everything totaled $128 (muchh better than the $500 I was expecting!!) Most vets would of just done an x Ray without even telling you how much it is or giving you the option to opt out!!

They also sent us home with information on other vets should my dog need emergency surgery and a FREE BLANKET! Like they literally wrapped my dog in a blanket to support her back better and they let us keep it!! I put it on the table before we were leaving and the doctor said no and re-wrapped her! So sweet! She's now on strict crate rest for 12 weeks and she's got her new blanket in there with her! If we ever have to go back we'll return the blanket though!

I also really appreciated how they weren't trying to shove vaccines down our throats!!

If you're realistic this is actually a really good vet prob the best in the area!!

The only Doctor that has been able to help with my dog's allergies. Definitely the most convenient hours. Open 7 days a week and the exams are extremely more thorough than any other vet I've been to so I know I'm getting my money's worth. Don't waste money at an ER vet! They are open until 11 pm every weekday!
