Hired them to check my foundation as I saw some cracks near the doors. I saw their reviews online and on NextDoor and decided to give them a call. Mariana was amazing on the phone. Not only did she reassure me, which made me feel better about the situation, she fixed the appointment and kept in touch with me thru the entire process.
Kevin arrived for the initial inspection and sent his report the same evening with a quote. I felt confident that they would be the right company to do the job as Kevin walked me thru the process of repair. I confirmed the work with Mariana again. She fixed an appointment for an engineer to come for an evaluation and also took care of the utility company visits.
On the day of the repair a crew of 7 arrived at 8.30 am. They were really efficient and completed the installation of 12 piers in under 6 hours. They ensure that all the plants were back in the same place and leveled the soil to the best possible extent. I was surprised to see the cracks close out as the progressed with work.
They have guaranteed their work and am hoping that there should be no more problems.
Do hire them if you have an issue with your foundation that needs to be fixed.response / report this review
