Wonderful service, answered all of my questions, and the vet took me in the back to see my boy's xrays so I could better understand the issues, the price was amazing.
I got home and taped the vet that saw me's card on my dogs' record folder, this place is now where they go, and I will definitely recommend them to any and all of my fellow pawrents.response / report this review -

This is an awesome place! All the Dr's are excellent and caring, for you and your furbabies. The office staff is phenomenal.

I think this is a fine place for veteranary care, but you do need to be prepared to wait. There are no appointments. Everything is first come first serve and the average wait for me had been an hour to an hour and a half. After you have seen the vet, there is an additional wait to check out. So I am glad my pet has received care when she was sick, but I'm also glad that my license is renewed after a visit to the DMV. The two experiences are similar.

I wrote an unhappy review earlier today because I was confused by the urine test for my dog and shocked by the costI didn't say anything while I was there because I'm used to customer concerns being brushed off at most places.. but I'm now surprised that Dr. Dixon just called me to clarify and offered to take care of my issue! wow!! it's nice to see that customers are actually cared for somewhere these days! thank you Dr. Dixon, I'll be back and will spread the word about how awesome you are.

A good team of vets and other personnel. Clean, modern facilities. Saturday hours plus emergency hours on Sunday are convenient. Pricing isn't the least expensive or the highest. I've been taking my furry family members to these folks for about 9 years now and plan to continue.
