I would give a negative 1,000,000 stars if I could. First of all these charlatans rolled my washer down the steps, damaging it. Then they dropped my Harley while moving it costing over $4,000 in damages as estimated from the HD shop. They also lost items, I bet they stole them. To top it all off these crooks offered a check of $643 for all the damages. $643!!!! Are you serious??? I implore anyone to never ever ever use this company to move. They should be put out of business for their shady unethical practices. I will not rest until they are out of business so they can't do this to anyone else. Karma will catch these buffoons, I hope I am there to witness when it does.

We just moved with A+ Moving and Storage and they did an excellent job moving our property into our new house. You can tell that the team works together often and they were extremely efficient and thorough with the packing, stowing, and moving of all our property. I highly recommend them to others.

My experience with A+ Moving and Storage exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service and a professional crew of packers sent to my home. My furniture was handled with such care and packed with quality and professionalism. The crew was prompt, tidy and polite. My invoice was accurate, detailed and affordable. The crew packed a 3500 square foot (two story home) full of furniture, and the cost was more affordable then we imagined. I want to thank Erica Peterson who initially came to our home to give us an estimate that was spot on and a huge shout out to the wonderful crew who packed, wrapped and hauled out nearly 17,000 lbs of furniture in NC heat and humidity without complaint or damage. If you value your property and want excellent movers I would put my trust in A+ Moving and Storage.

A+ is a great, locally-owned company. I stored my household goods as well as my vehicle with them while I was deployed. They were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They worked with me over the phone and got me everything I needed the same day I asked for it. I had my car the first day that I returned from deployment and my household goods were delivered shortly thereafter. The only issue I had is that somehow my windshield got cracked over the duration of my vehicle's storage. I brought it to the company's attention, and without hesitation, they paid to have the windshield replaced. Also, when I first brought my vehicle to be stored I was told that it would be driven at least once a month to keep it in good running order and prevent tire problems from sitting for too long. When I returned after 6 months, not one single mile had been added to the odometer, and my car was blocked in the back of the warehouse behind many other cars, leading me to believe it had never been driven like promised. Overall though, I would recommend A+.

Everyone at A+ Moving and Storage was a pleasure to work with! From Gene who gave me a telephone quote, to Adam the Dispatcher who accommodated my delivery date, to Mark the Truck Driver---Everyone provided outstanding customer service. Very reliable in returning telephone calls, on time with pick up and delivery! I would definitely recommend the company to anyone. We had an interstate move which went very smoothly!
