Wonderful Experience! I had no idea what I was in for but I was so pleasantly surprised. This small shop is packed with beautiful and unique dresses from a variety of designers. I walked in for my appointment and was told to look around and pick whatever I was interested in and once I had about 6 dresses I started trying them on. Best part- every consultant in the store was so supportive and present during my coming out. I even had consultants finding fun dresses for me to try on in between showings. It was clear that the consultants were genuinely excited for me which was really special. Everybody was so friendly, open and honest. And honest in the best way- they were not pushy or commenting unnecessarily. I never felt like anybody's opinions were being forced upon me. It was evident this shop employs professional, friendly and knowledgeable ladies. I had so much fun and felt so supportive that I was beaming for the rest of the day and still now. I almost said yes then and there (and it was my first time dress shopping) but didn't because I wanted my out of state parents to see before I finalized. Plan on going back very soon. Highly recommend.

I had the great pleasure of working with Amanda and Serena. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly and cheerfully. I had already looked at and tried on a bunch of dresses the previous day for the first time at a different dress place. A day to remember was far better from the start. Amanda took the time to get to know me and also my style. She gave feedback (which is very needed in this process) and was so happy to do it! The first couple of dresses I started with were way better than my top picks at the other place and I knew I would be getting a dress from here. Miss Serena and miss Amanda had been talking while I was trying one on and Serena had remembered a dress that was down in their basement. She brought it up and on the hanger I was not sure about it. It was beautiful but I needed to see it on. Also I should mention that in this whole process of planning my wedding I had not been enjoying any part of it thus far and didn’t even think I would get my “the one” moment. I put on the dress andWOW!!!!! It was everything I ever dreamed of and more! I didn’t even know what I loved in a dress until I put it on. I teared up! I needed to come back with my mother the next day to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. The anticipation killed my sister, Amanda, and myself as I tried on the first two out of three dresses I was showing her. Finally, it was time to put on “the one”. Amanda suggested I put on a veil to really seal the deal. I started tearing up again. As soon as I had my mother open her eyes the whole room went misty. I had found the one and finally, for the first time, began to get excited for my actual wedding!!! I can’t thank these girls enough. They truly made that part of my wedding experience magical and fun. Sorry I wrote a novel, I just couldn’t keep the story to myself. Thank you Amanda!!! I am so glad to have met you! You better come to the wedding!!! ;)

I loved my experience! My sister went for her dress, and after that, I knew I had to go when I got engaged! I wish I could remember my consultant's name, but I'm terrible at that! She was so so kind, patient, and understanding! She let me try on as many as I wanted, seemed to know exactly what dresses to pull for me even though I gave her very little explanation of what I wanted. Only tried on 8 and we all knew it was 'the one!' She was also very honest, which was really important to me, as I like opinions and if one wasn't flattering or didn't have the 'feel' I wanted, she told me! Also honest about how long it would take to receive and alter. I was still on the fence about whether we were having a full wedding or eloping, but I wanted a dress either way. My consultant was so understanding, kept it a secret out of respect for me, and knew exactly what to say to comfort me. She made me feel so confident in my choice. My dress was a dream come true, and it made my husband cry as I walked down the aisle. As a bonus, somehow it came in 2 weeks earlier that we thought! Thank you so much. 5 star experience for customer service, honesty, dress selection, and dress/designer knowledge.

I brought my best friend, her sister, and their daughters to shop for prom dresses. We were surprised at the selection of beautiful prom dresses available, great prices and wonderful service from the staff. Both girls found their prom dress and the visit was worth it. We'll be back next year to shop for senior prom!!

My niece and I had a wonderful experience here. There is quite a selection of beautiful dresses in the store to choose from, and the consultants were very helpful. My niece found her dress here and absolutely loved it. The dress arrived in time for the alterations, which were done perfectly. We found the prices to be reasonable and would recommend shopping in this store.

Wonderful! I highly recommend this place. They were so busy when we went in but still so smiling and friendly. I had a big group with me and they were very accomodating with them. Helen was at the front desk and she described which sections of the dresses were which and she had such a great sense of humour! The woman with the red hair (sorry I didn't catch her name) chatted to me while we were waiting and was very kind. My consultant Sirena was great! She did not pressure me into buying anything and just let me keep trying on dress after dress, asked a lot of good questions, and continued to be understanding throughout the whole appointment. The store let my entourage go through the dresses and pick some out which was great (a lot of other stores won't let you do that!) And they had such a good selection of very gorgeous dresses!

Not a fan of this shop. Yes there was a good variety and the dresses were beautiful, but the person we were supposed to work with was extremely unfriendly, rude and gave a very judgemental vibe. A lady that was new to the store was so much nicer and helpful even though she
didn't have the knowledge yet. Then when we did find a dress that we did like an inquired about ordering without a second to think said nope it will not come in on time even though we were still 4 months out from our event. Customer service is kind of important in this field so I am happy to say we took our business elsewhere. I would never shop there or recommend this shop again.response / report this review
