  Lived here for 12 years, was very happy here, quick & efficient maintenance, always felt safe, although no pets are allowed.

  If you are a business looking to rent on the main level, be prepared for constant, loud construction noise with no cooperation from management.

  One of my friends lives here. its a cool place to hang out. I'm not sure what its like living there. The industrial decor of the building is nice, the brick walls and exposed duct work. But I'm sure living right next to the train station is loud at night for light sleepers.

  Awesome atmosphere and home to the G&D Integrated sales office, which happens to be the best 3PL in the Chicago area, and Midwest, for that matter!
