This is a great company to help your company grow it's brand and business credit. Much needed service that gives all the support you need and will walk you step by step to credit worthiness. BONUS: take the class no matter how much you think you know. I guarantee you will pickup some unexpected nuggets that will help you and it won't cost a penny. 5 Star only gets a four because they still have minor things to work out in the reporting system but this will soon be a 5 Star company.

Great customer service! Explained in detail there products and services, the interaction was very personable and engaging. This is about selling products that they offer and it felt more of them trying to hear what the needs of my business was and providing me with great feedback and suggestions. Luis, customer care member of 5 Star did everything RIGHT in handling my call, questions and respectful responses to help me achieve my goal in becoming a client. What Luis didn’t know, he admitted and apologized and then even shared how he’d pass the issue on to management. This he did with courtesy and respect. He stayed on the phone helping me achieve my goal. His respectful kind communication was sincerely appreciated and he had exemplary patience!
