Was absolutely taken by this company.
I spent over $9000 for tickets to an event that they confirmed Matt Damon to attend. No Matt and no refund.
This company took no responsibility whatsoever and is all about taking your money.
Amex stepped up to the plate and provided a partial refund due to the vendor's conduct.
The vendor's reply is false and self serving. Please do not allow yourself to be taken the way my family was.

One concierge goes the extra mile to understand my needs and makes very impressive suggestions which I never knew even existed !! they get me bookings which were never open for bookings on the net !! they never seem to tire -- even at 11:30pm at night, Jeffery and Arman of One concierge are active and vibrant to sort out stuff for me !! They are able to secure me detailed confirmations on level of services provided by various external vendors which normally would not be provided !! In my quest to provide an awesome vacation for my son, these guys are working with such commitment and enthusiasm that it is indeed deeply touching !! And they speak to me with warmth and familiarity as if they have known me for several years, when actually I am a client only since last few months !! This is one of the few experiences in life when I have got the feeling that they are delivering for me much more than what I had hoped for when I signed up !! Thankyou OneConc for ur amazing support !! keep it up !!

I always feel taken care of whether it's a bachorlette party or a ride in a foreign country. The are a consciencious staff. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to everyone I know foreign and domestic.

Approached One Concierge last year to book WWE Summerslam tickets. I went to them last minute but they accepted my request and got me the best tickets possible. I was in Las Vegas and they mailed the tickets to my hotel in LA.The tickets was on my bed when I checked in to the hotel and an email followed up promptly checking whether I have received the tickets. Very responsive,polite and excellent service.
I have send the couple of requests before and the response rate is unbelievably fast. Contact them and rest assured you are in good hands.

I was fortunate to use One Concierge last minute to attend a Barcelona football match. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I was able to meet former players, coaches, and enjoyed the hospitality experience. The seats were fantastic and my rep followed up with me before, day of and after the game. Top notch, will definitely be using them again!
