Spent $27K on doors from 4141 Design, poor follow up, no responses, all excuses, very poor service. Company responds to voicemails and text messages days, weeks later (or not at all),. I strongly advise that if you are looking to work with 4141 Designs that you do not pay 100% in advance, only pay on delivery and after installation. They will be very available and willing to take payment, but once it is time to deliver, they are nowhere to be found. My account rep was Eric, after weeks of not hearing from him about the final missing visit for installation, I had to involve the manager Ada to get the job done.
