As soon as I entered the store I noticed the black stains on the carpet and how dirty it was. A very nice associate greeted me but when I mentioned the event I wanted to participate in, she spoke to her manager through the microphone and told me that her manager didn't get any information about it. Obviously she was lying because when I told the associate to tell her manager I could show her my receipt from another store, she finally agreed.
Then when I got in the fitting room, the manager asked to see the fit. I mean, I wasn't even in there for a minute and the store was far from busy so what was the rush? Also, the walls in there were old and basically the entire store needs to be revamped.
Anyway after I got what I wanted, I was waiting for someone to appear at the register so I can pay even though the manager was on the phone with what sounded like a customer asking about the same event. If I'm not mistaken, I heard the manager tell them that they had to bring in a card or I guess the flyer, which is stated no where in the rules, on the site and was made up by her for whatever reason.
The same associate who greeted me checked out my item and was the only positive experience I received from that store.
If anyone wants to visit a Victoria's Secret store near that area, I highly suggest to avoid this one and go to the one at Merrick Park because it's soo much nicer, cleaner, bigger and worth your time. They're only 30 mins away from each other or less than 8 mins by car.

In a very convenient area. There isn't anything special about this store. It is clean and organized. I have been to multiple times already !
