If you are NOT open on Saturdays take it out of your schedule. We were 20 people outside the heat store today and it was closed. I gave a call to the heat store in the airport and they told me the Heat store in Biscayne stays closed across the weekend.. There were people out of cruises and people that came all the way from Broward and Palm and found it closed. Stop misleading people and stop making them waste their time.

Every employee that I've dealt with is a moron and has a bad attitude. They can't process a simple exchange to save their pathetic lives. I love the Heat, but this place is an embarrassment, and frustrating disappointment.
Bought 4 items, 3 didn't fit. I told them I wanted 2 items refunded, and 1 exchanged. This was in October, It is now December and at least 6 phone calls later. I call and this time get stuck talking to KarinaShe still can't get the right items to ship, and she can't process my refund, or even give me a confirmation number. To top it off this idiot doesn't have the common courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience. Instead she gives me an attitude, like I don't have the right to be upset?
NEVER ordering from here again, and i would recommend you save yourself the headache!!!
